Dream Big at DreamWorks Land!
DreamWorks Land started welcoming guests June 2024.
And we are here to give you the run down of everything you need to know!
DreamWorks Land is located on the Universal Studios Theme Park side of Universal Orlando and replaced the former home of Woody Woodpecker’s KidZone. This family-fun land is now comprised of newly themed attractions based on hit DreamWorks films like “Shrek”, “Trolls, and “Kung Fu Panda.”
This new area includes character meet and greets, interactive play areas, water features, a new show, a kid-friendly rollercoaster, and more!
Shrek
Shrek’s Swamp Meet: Come meet Princess Fiona, Donkey, and the big green Ogre himself at Shrek’s cottage.
Shrek’s Swamp for Little Ogres: Your little ogres will love this playground area as it features four slides, a splash pad, and many obstacles to climb and jump.
Mama Luna Feline Fiesta: This area is inspired by Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. Here guests can play and interact with Mama Luna’s cats on the big screen.
King Harold’s Swamp Symphony: Create your own symphony of ribbits as you jump on the lily pads.
Swamp Snacks: Enjoy some treats straight from the swamp. Like the Shrekzel, Swamp Dog, Far Far A Waffle, and more.
Trolls
Trolls Trollercoaster: This “Caterbus” coaster is family-friendly for all ages. Guests must be at least 36″ (92cm) to ride.
Poppy’s Playground: Unlike Shrek’s Swamp, this playground is shaded. I recommend this play area for the really little trolls.
Trolls Treats: Poppy’s boombox serves up troll-flavored ice cream cones instead of tunes.
High Five Hideaway: This is the only merchandise kiosk that you will find in DreamWorks Land. They feature new pieces from all your favorites, not just Trolls.
Kung Fu Panda
Po’s Kung Fu Training Camp: This was our favorite area of the entire land! Here guests can enjoy doing laundry for the first time. With explosive water cannons and huge dump buckets, laundry just got a lot more fun! (A change of dry clothes is recommended).
Po Live!: Come learn Kung Fu from the Dragon Warrior himself. Guests can meet and interact with Po digitally on the screen as he teaches all his best moves.
